Tour operator reservations:

Reservations are required on the indicated dates (see calendar) to guarantee entry, in view of possible access restrictions due to overcrowding.

•This category includes all groups managed by tour operators, companies, sch ols, and other large groups. A maximum of 60 tickets may be reserved per request. If the group is larger, ple se contact us at: gaztelugatxe@bizkaia.eus.

• With the same ID or TIN, you can have a maximum of 60 active tickets reserved through tour operator bookings, for the same date and time or for different dates and times.

• Advance notice: Reservations can only be made for the current year.

• Access will be via the access control marked Ermu. Staff will verify and register your reservation.

• Reservations are made for the time indicated in the visitor reservation system. Access to the space is not permitted without confirmation from access control personnel.

• After completing the RESERVATION, you will receive an email and must carefully read the instructions for guiding the group within the protec ed natural area.

•Reservation validity: If you do not arrive at the access point, the reservation w ll be cancelled after the selected time slot. It is important to respect the scheduled time and to notify any delay by phone or email (available in the “Contact” section). 

• The reservation can be canceled via the email received with the receipt. We suggest that if you are not going to use your reservation, you cancel it well in advance so that other people can have that free spot. Failure to show up at the entrance within the stipulated time will prevent you from making a new reservation within a one-year period.

• Reservation details: When the request is made on behalf of a group, the identification of a responsible person and a contact telephone number are required in case of last-minute information that needs to be communicated, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
